Each Collaborator must have their own NVivo Collaboration Cloud Subscription, or be assigned a User Seat from a Multi-User NVivo Collaboration Cloud Subscription.

Collaboration Cloud is compatible with NVivo 15, NVivo 14 and NVivo Release 1 (2020)
NVivo 15 and NVivo 14 Users can collaborate on the same project files with NVivo Collaboration Cloud. NVivo Release 1 (2020) Users can only collaborate with other NVivo Release 1 (2020) Users.
For NVivo Release 1 (2020) Users: all Collaborators must be either on Mac or Windows
For NVivo 15 and NVivo 14 Users: The Project Owner must be on Windows; collaborators can be on either Mac or Windows.
